Follow Those Tracks!

In response to The Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge The Road Taken

Rangers studying tracks of a leopard on Safari in South Africa.  We tried to follow it, but weren’t successful that day.

    Weren’t successful? And if you were, you would have have exchanged business cards with Mr or Mrs leopard? 😳

    • Of course! Actually, the are gorgeous animals but tend to stay hidden. On another drive we followed one for quite a ways to the watering hole and watched her drink and another played peek-a-boo in the bushes.

        Ok Susan. I have gained a whole new level of respect for you, leopard tracker person 🙂. I have heard them growl in the Amazon at night, and thought, do I look/smell like a leopard sandwich? They are incredibly smart, and beyond beautiful, mysterious. They appear to be on the same footing as polar bears…..an uncertain future.
