I am learning that there are photo challenges on many, many different social media platforms, and I have joined  several new ones during the past week, in addition to contributing to a few that I’ve participated in for a long time.

The challenges have different themes and rules.  For some, the photo must be taken the week of the challenge, for others you can dig into your archives.  Some even have cash prizes.  Many of the sites have pages on Facebook.

Initially I was going to compile all of the photos into one post, but there are a lot of them, as I entered several photos into some challenges, so I will only include a few of the photos, but links to all of the challenges.  I thought that other photographers might enjoy learning about new challenges, and you can share ones that you enjoy in the comments section so that we can all check them out.
