A round-up of the challenges that I joined last week and the photos that I chose to submit–
The challenges have different themes and rules. For some, the photo must be taken the week of the challenge, for others you can dig into your archives. Some even have cash prizes. Many of the sites have pages on Facebook. Links are included to the site of each challenge and the theme of the challenge is in the caption of each picture.
I think that other photographers enjoy learning about new challenges. You can share links to ones that you enjoy in the comments section so that we can all check them out.
Last Week’s Challenges:
-
Self-Taught Photographers Group on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/1441617732734316/
The photo above was chosen as the winner for the theme, and was featured as the header on the next day’s post. I also got to choose an upcoming theme, and I chose “Tall Buildings”.
Here are the two I used for, “Tall Buildings”. I also used the second one as my entry into #8, the WCBS New York Then and Now Photo Contest.

Wow! You’ve been busy, Susan. Wonderful collection of images. I just saw that guitarist singing at the Fort Mason Farmers’ Market this morning! He is good.
