My submission to The Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge Growth
This photo represents growth to me on a couple of levels. Number one, my growth as a photographer. The theme for 52 Frames this week is “Self Portrait”. I’m pretty pleased with the composition, quality and editing of this self-portrait which I shot taking advantage of the timer on my second camera which was mounted on a tripod.
Second, my relatively new white head of hair which, to me, represents gracefully embracing and celebrating aging, rather than trying to disguise it.

This was a beautiful portrait. Loved it. 🙂

Bravo! It’s so much easier just to gracefully accept who we are, don’t you think? Then we have time to discover other things, like photography. Great portrait.

That is a very good portrait. I never changed the colour of my hair. My mum always said „grow grey gracefully“.

I love this “selfie”!! I’ve done two for the challenge and haven’t decided which one I will use.
