Today is the seventh day of the 10 Day Photography Challenge.  We are given a topic a day and asked to post a photo which depicts the topic.  Today’s topic is “Art”.  I shot this photo of the Stanford University Chapel yesterday.  It was high noon and the sun was directly over the chapel, making the lighting terrible, lots of glare and shadows.  The only way to salvage it was to apply several filters in post processing.  I was quite pleased with the final result as I think that it now looks almost like a painting.
