Terri’s theme for her Sunday Stills Challenge this week is Transportation: How Do You Get There?

My post is more like “How Don’t You Get There”.  I am supposed to be boarding a plane for Barcelona in four hours, but instead am nursing two broken ribs and a punctured lung, sustained in a fall last Wednesday.  No flying for a while, which is so, so disappointing, but I was entertained while lying on my bed watching the Blue Angels perform over San Francisco for Fleet Week this afternoon. This is not my photo, but taken off of the ABC Channel 7 website.

    Oh Susan, I’m so sorry to read that you fell and broke ribs (one of my latest fears after falling last year just walking my dogs)! Hopefully you can reschedule, but healing is much more important! The Blue Angels put on their 60th anniversary show at Mather Field here in Sacramento a couple of weeks ago. We live close so we can see and hear them all day! Now if only we had access to a transporter (ala Star Trek), you could beam yourself to Barcelona and heal there!
