This week the theme of Nancy’s challenge is Through Glass . I see this view out my window each night. I like the way the yard lights bring out the detail of the Japanese Maple branches. When I first shot this photo, the white balance was really off. I looked online and learned how to set a custom white balance using a grey card or white piece of paper. I tried it and was quite happy with the results. I finished the project off by running it through AI Clear in Topaz Lab and some additional editing in Lightroom.

A tad crooked, but couldn’t get it any straighter.
