I was lucky. It was 9:00 p.m., I was in an open parking lot, and the clouds opened up occasionally.

Incredible photo Susan! We watched it through the various stages, but couldn’t get a good photo. I’ve never been able to get a good photo of the moon. But it was amazing to watch!

I’m so jealous, Susan, what a beautiful capture! We had to many clouds here in Sacramento, and by 10 the sky opened somewhat then my camera’s battery died. 😑 I did get a shot this morning, which I’ll post on Instagram.

I got lucky, Terri. I cranked my ISO to 20,000 and couldn’t believe that it wasn’t noisier!
