Frank has chosen the theme Tower for his Tuesday Challenge this week. This water tower has been preserved as a historical site in the nearby town of Campbell, CA, also know as Orchard City, as it was previously filled with orchards. The tower is located on the site of the original city water company and pumping plant near downtown.
