This week Nancy Merrill, in her A Photo A Week Challenge, has chosen the theme  Hands. This is our guide showing us the sediment in a bottle of aging Cava in the Spanish wine country.  The sediment will be extracted later in the process. I’m sorry that it is somewhat blurry but it was handheld at 0.5 sec because it was so dark.
