One hundred Lens-Artists challenges!  Congratulations, ladies!  This week Tina has chosen the theme of  “The Long and Winding Road “ for the weekly Lens-Artists Challenge. This is the longest road that I have ever been on.  Maybe not the windiest, but windy enough and we were in a decrepit old van!  It was in New Zealand, on the way up a mountain where we rode on small hover boats at the top.  The ride up was about two hours.  We were supposed to take a helicopter back down but it was two windy, so we had to make the reverse drive.  As you can see, it was very barren.  The only thing of interest was that the driver pointed out some spots where scenes from The Lord of the Rings was filmed.
