Ruth Bader Ginsburg lived her whole life inspiring others and I mourn her death this week, along with our entire nation.

No, this is not my photo, but I felt that, for this theme, I wanted to pay tribute to Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s memory here.
I also never cease to be inspired by the beauty of nature–A lush garden, towering trees in the forest, a tropical sunset.

Susan, I love the image of RBG you chose – do you suppose she really was that perfectly organized or did she get the office ready for the photographer?! I am so happy to see the reverence that she so deserves being paid to her. Lovely sunset as well.

Thank you, Tina. That is a very good question! My office would have needed a lot of work, for sure. In fact, starting on Sunday, I’m taking two weeks off from blogging and photos to do a bunch of stuff around the house that needs doing!

Thank you, Jane. I’m sure I’ve seen a million of David Hume Kennerly’s photos, but, must admit, I didn’t know him by name, just loved the photo. Now, I’m going to learn more about him.

He was Ford’s WH photographer and a Pulitzer prize winning war photographer. His lens is everywhere especially in politics. Amazing talent.

Hi, Susan. I am so glad you honored RGB here. She was an inspiration. The portrait is wonderful. I can imagine her standing up right after the photo and saying, “Now it’s time to get back to work!”
