This week Leya is hosting the weekly Lens-Artists Challenge. The theme is My Hideaway The logical choice for me would have been my backyard where I spend many happy hours watching and photographing hummingbirds, butterflies and flowers. However, my little home studio is where I escape to challenge my creativity indoors.
This is my current set-up. I am making water drop photos using the MIOPS Splash to create the drops and trigger the camera and flash.
My equipment was scattered between several rooms until I decided to organize it all and make this “a real sudio” a few weeks ago. We moved the bookcase from another room and I ordered the lucite drawers. They now hold all of my lenses, camera bodies, filters, bags, props and other miscellaneous items. It is most enjoyable for me to escape and lose myself in this place!

Aaah, your own studio! Wonderful! Beautifully created drops as well! But, oh, how envious I get…Enjoy!
