The theme for this week’s Bird Weekly Challenge, hosted by Our Eyes Open, is Birds With Red Feathers.

A highlight of our trip to Central America, just before the Pandemic hit, was a riverboat trip outside of Puntarenas, Costa Rica. We saw lots of wildlife, including a number of beautiful parrots in the trees along the shore.
