This week Beth is the guest host of the Lens-Artists Challenge and her theme is A Change of Scenery. Yesterday my husband had cataract surgery and I wasn’t allowed to wait for him inside the surgi-center. What are the chances that it was just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Baylands Nature Preserve on the shores of the San Francisco Bay. It was a lovely morning and I took a nice walk and enjoyed the wildlife. The surgery went very well and my husband is feeling fine.

How nice of him a)to have his surgery so close to natural beauty and b)to scheduled it in time for our challenge 😊. But seriously susan, glad to hear he’s dong well. It’s amazing what they can do with cataracts these days. Thank goodness for all of us who’s time is coming!
